How is shipping cost calculated? 
It is based on weight, shipping method, quantity ordered, and type of shipping service.

How can I track delivery of my package? 
An email was sent to you shortly after checkout.  If you do not see it, please check your SPAM folder and give it about an hour to show up.

What is my package was returned to sender as undeliverable? 
If the incorrect address was entered, please resubmit the correct address on the customer service page.  Additional postage will be required.  

How long will it take for a package to arrive?
5-7 business days, within the continental US.

Can hazardous weather effect my delivery time?  Unfortunately, this can effect delivery time.  Since this is out of our control, we cannot guarantee delivery time during inclement weather.

It looks like I have clumps of product in my bottle. 
Please shake the bottle, with the lid closed, prior to using.  This will break up the clumps and make it easier to apply.

If I am ordering more than 10 bottles (even 100), how do I place the order?

We are a non-profit organization.  How can we order without sales tax being applied?  
Please contact us through the customer service page.  We will need a copy of the tax exemption emailed to us and we will verify it before completing the order.
